Air Force Fitness: Supplements

Hey Everyone!

Many of you messaged me after watching yesterday's GottLove video, ALL THE SUPPLEMENTS, asking what my favorite supplements are/what supplements should you purchase if you were to become interested. In the video you saw a whole counter full of various brands, but I definitely have a few favorites. Now, I just want to be clear, supplements alone are not going to get you in shape, only hard work/diet/exercise will do that. However, supplementing your diet in areas that you feel you need help is perfectly okay. Please be sure to consult a physician if you have any preexisting medical conditions or questions before trying new supplements.

I went ahead and listed my favorite supplements, by type. I curated this list based on a few factors; price, value & RESULTS. When I was at the height of my fitness routine, I put on 15+ lbs of muscle, and I would like to think these had a part in that. So, here you go: There you have it. You ask, and you shall receive.
